• I don’t have a PayPal account. How do I pay?

    We accept all major credit cards, via our globally accepted, secure merchant partner PayPal. At check out, you will be securely taken to the PayPal payment page, where you can enter your credit card details securely without having a PayPal Account. Please note that we DO NOT store any of your credit card or payment information on our website. This is part of our secure and stringent privacy policy.

  • I have just ordered from your website, what should I expect now?

    You will get an order confirmation from us, as well as payment confirmation from PayPal. We will review your order within 24 hours and get back to you if we have any additional questions. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS or DHL.

  • Can I track my order online?

    Yes. Please log in to My Account from Login link on top right corner of your screen. All your current and past orders will be displayed on this page.

  • Do you ship everywhere?

    Yes. We have partnered with FedEx, UPS, and DHL for all our logistics needs. We ship across the globe.

  • What currencies do you accept?

    We accept US Dollars, British Pound, Euro, and Indian Rupees. Please select your desired currency from top right corner of your screen, where country flag is displayed. Please note that US Dollar is the default currency.

  • I have selected ‘Custom’ as my size, and I have purchased the item. Where do I submit my sizes?

    Once we receive your order, we will immediately send you an email with further instructions on how to measure your sizes and send it to us. We will then produce the garment with the sizes given.

  • I have received the item, but it is defective. How do I return it?

    We take great care in producing all our products, and are equally careful when we dispatch them. However, sometimes items may get damaged in shipping and transit. We will replace the product if that is the case, at no additional cost to you. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. This policy applies only if you inform us at customer@angarkh.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • I have received the item, and I really like it. I want to share this with my friends.

    We will really appreciate if you could leave us positive feedback on our Facebook group page, as well as sharing with your friends and family. We will welcome your constructive comments at our customer service email customer@angarkh.com. Also, you can share your favourite garments with your friends by clicking SEND TO A FRIEND from the product page.

  • I have received the item, and I do not like it. How do I return it?

    For custom fitted products, we do not accept returns. For regular sizes, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction on case by case basis. All our products are produced after we receive order. All our products are exclusive designer wear, and thus our return policy is restricted.

  • I have an idea of a garment that I want. Can that be produced?

    Yes. Acclaimed designers at Studio Virtues would be delighted to take your feedback and help you create the garment of your dreams. Just email us at customer@angarkh.com, and we will go from there!
