- Estimated shipment dates will be on the product detail of Angarkh.com. Customers are requested to contact Customer Service if a rush delivery is required. We will do our best to work with the customer's time-frame.
- All our pricing on the website is inclusive of the shipping cost. There will be no further charges levied.
- Most countries do not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. We will be more than happy to help you minimize payment of duty wherever legally possible. However these duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- As soon as products are dispatched, Angarkh.com will let the customer know of Tracking information. Most packages shipped via FedEx or UPS Express service will be deliver within 3-4 days of dispatch. Although the items might be delayed pertaining to any adverse situation arising in the mode of travel.
- Manufacturing defect, delivery of wrong items
Angarkh.com will arrange a pickup from the customer and will be responsible for all freight charges if the item is defective, or a wrong item is shipped.
- Alteration in measurements
If alteration in size is required after delivery of the product, customer will bear the to and fro freight charges of the item. Angarkh.com will alter it according to their sizes for free. It should be understood that the freight charges might get a little expensive, which is why providing the right information and rechecking them before placing an order is highly insisted. If the customer wants it in any particular size, they are free to provide us with their measurements via email as soon as the order is placed on customer@angarkh.com.
- Loss of item
Angarkh.com will give full refund if the item is lost while travel.
- Exchange
If a customer wishes to return and exchange for another item due to change of choice or any other reasons, the customer will have to bear freight charges. Angarkh will be happy to exchange the item for any other item. Returning item should be in the original packing and condition as received. This should be send with the copy of invoice received while collecting the item. Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Visa / Master Card is accepted on Angarkh.com. Please note that Angarkh.com does not store your Credit Card or Bank information.
- PayPal. For our customers' convenience, Angarkh.com also accepts PayPal as a valid form of payment. Please select PayPal option while checking out.
